Commit Monster

A furry blue monster who has never once been full. Point him at a file and he eats it, one character at a time, crumbs and all.

Usage

1. Pick a snack from the Explorer. They are real excerpts from famous open source projects.
2. Set his Hunger. Ten is a lot.
3. Press Feed Me, or hit Space.
4. Click inside the editor while he eats to send him into a frenzy.

Feeding him your own code

Open my-code.txt, paste anything, and press Feed Me. He is not picky.

Arcade

Open muncher.game to let him loose in a maze made of code. Eat every glyph, dodge the four bugs (NullPointer, RaceCondition, OffByOne, MemoryLeak), and grab a cookie to make them edible for a few seconds. Arrows or WASD to move, P to pause.
